The NCLEX is a national test not a state-specific one. Everyone gets a different test so no way to tell what you will get.

Is this the "board" test you are talking about?

Yes!

I talking about the board test;)

the 10 different system

As in organ systems?

Yes!

I'm sorry about my stupid answer

NCLEX assumes a basic knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology, but it's not likely to test you on specific organs and systems. It's likely to test you on nursing interventions related to the pathology of those organs and systems.

Specializes in Home health was tops, 2nd was L&D.

Are you asking how to study for NCLEX? If so I suggest the study guides with the questions and rationales. I bought one and used it. I have heard of some nurses using multiple books. If you could borrow from another nurse this would be great. If you know of other nurses taking the board and like to study together.. this helps many nurses..

Good luck! If you are asking something else I am sorry but I do not understand your post:confused:

Ditto to BrookeeLou's post. Definitely get one of the NCLEX study guides and use it to prepare. If you know any of the students ahead of you in school, you can probably buy their used NCLEX review books at a discount. I know that I gave mine away after I passed!!
