Hello Everyone,
So I successfully passed the HESI, December 3, 2015. I would like to begin communication with other students who applied for BMCC Nursing program and successfully passed the HESI. The nursing department told me students should expect calls after New Years.
My HESI score breakdown-
Math 90%
A&P 88%
Reading Comprehension 82%
Cumulative average= 86%
Math 104+A&P1+English 101+Psychology100= 3.94 GPA
[ Consisting of 3 A's & 1A-]
I hope my HESI cumulative score along with my GPA is good enough for me to be accepted into the Nursing Program Spring 2016 Cohort [i applied for the day program]

Hi ! I also took the exam the same day as you and also have the SAME exact scores and GPA as you ! I'm so nervous bc so many people applied over 200 & they only accept 40 into day and 40 into night I hope we make it
I hope so too!! It is very nerve racking. I just want to speed up time! How did you do on the critical thinking section ? My score was 860 @Nicole_futureRN
I don't remember exact number but it was in the 800s too ! But have you looked into back up schools ? I have and since you have a good gpa they give you scholarships ( St Francis & St Joseph's ) you should check them out ... 4 year schools too
The only schools I looked into besides BMCC was York and Farmingdale. My ideal plan was to go to York and take the entrance exam in May because I've been taking classes to fill their requirements. I am not interested in private schools. @Nicole_FutureRN
If you don't mind ! Can you tell me about those two schools like what their requirements are and what enterance exams they require ? I wasn't into private schools but I felt like there was no other choices í ½í¸
No, but I've taken my pre-reqs there. I was going to try for BMCC but changed my mind at the last minute.
They accept 22 in the evening program (I don't know the number for the day).
What at school are you looking into ?
