color should NEVER be an issue..for its only skin deep ..

discrimination in NURSING should have NO place....

IF patients discriminate against us because of our color ..then there is channels to go through to gain respect ...

If patients or other nurses don't like us because of our color ..

ohh well we don't have to like each other ...as long as we are competent and do our job well ...

the patient should be grateful to have a excellent Patient care provided.....

color should not matter ...

we all have our diffrences ..but I always say ..

if we have to work together we have to put our diffrences aside ....

once we go home to our own lifes ...well no one needs to have friends they do not need .....

I know this has nothing to do with this thread.....but I notice u reply a lot and love the way at the bottom u have your little quotes....well is there a way to set this up so the quote is automatically added to your posts? Or do u have to type it each and every time? Thx...I have been looking thru FAQ but cannot find the answer i am looking for. Thx again
