Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone applied to Beth Israel NYC for this coming Fall? I applied there and I really want to get in. I always wanted to go. If anyone knows if it's hard to get in, or what score they are looking for on the NLN exam that would be rally helpful. And is it true that the only start giving interviews in May????

I know it has already been recommended by other members, but I highly recommend the NLN Review Guide... I had been out of school for nearly three years before I took the exam, and used this as my primary study aid for two months prior to the exam. It definitely helps as it will help you learn the material and also 'train' you for what kind of questions to expect and how to budget your time accordingly.

Guess what? After not making it into BI's program (and BMCC'S!) I threw out the book out of anger!! :-S

I had forgotten about Nursing since then,but now I've been inspired to give it another try.I started going on Sparknotes to review for the Science and Math portion.Budgeting my time was very challenging! Time flew by really fast during the exam.But since I now know what to expect,hopefully I'll do much better the second time around ;-)

lol I had just mentioned to someone that I had the book threw it out by anger!Now I just go on Sparknotes to review.I mostly need to boost my vocab. and learn time management...

Does anyone watch So You Think You Can Dance? I thought the performance of the two girls choreographed by Mia Michaels was breathtaking. Did you see how the girls became one with the dance and the music? Amazing !!!! I taped the performance on my DVR. My eyes get watery when ever I witness greatness and triumph. I love dancers. Mia Michaels is now my favorite contemporary choreographer.

Hi all,

I have been in Florida for a couple weeks. I needed that last bit of rest and relaxation before going back to hitting the books. It's so exciting to be preparing for everything.

Did everyone register for their classes? So exciting.

Honeycutts - I know you'll get in. Do you know which program you are on the waiting list for? So cool you live so close to me.

Anyway, who's doing the 3-yr again?
