Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone applied to Beth Israel NYC for this coming Fall? I applied there and I really want to get in. I always wanted to go. If anyone knows if it's hard to get in, or what score they are looking for on the NLN exam that would be rally helpful. And is it true that the only start giving interviews in May????
Triple A,Yes, I did apply to PBISON. I hand delivered my application on Friday. I'm taking the NLN
on March 30th. Have you heard from PBISON? I also applied to LICHSON.
I haven't heard anything yet, but I am keeping my fingers cross. I also applied to LICHSON, but I am starting to worry about the way they handle things. I sent my app back in November and was told everything was fine, now 4 months later I am being told that I am missing document that I was initially told was received. So I am really hoping I get a call from PBISN.
Triple A
I completely understand your concerns regarding LICHSON. There's a clear professional disparity between LICHSON and PBISON. I knew immediately after the PBISON's orientation that it was the school for me. I also knew immediately after LICHSON'S orientation that I was concerned about the education I would receive at their school. So, I'll be praying, chanting, voodooing, and wishful thinking about getting accepted into PBISON.

Sign me up for the chanting, praying, voodooing sessions lol. Which program did you apply for?
I applied to the traditional program. I still have a couple of liberal art classes to complete. I'm finishing up my A&P 2 and Microbiology this summer at Medgar Evers. I noticed you and I are around the same age. What field are you currently working in?
I am currently doing consulting work, where I audit various hospital coding practices. I am a RHIA (registered health Information Administrator). I received my public administration degree at Medgar Evers, I tried to get into the nursing program, but that is a battle left for the lucky and young lol .
