Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone applied to Beth Israel NYC for this coming Fall? I applied there and I really want to get in. I always wanted to go. If anyone knows if it's hard to get in, or what score they are looking for on the NLN exam that would be rally helpful. And is it true that the only start giving interviews in May????
If you look at collegeboard.com for Phillips Beth Israel, it said last year there was 285 students, so there's probably different seating numbers for each program.
hey everyone!i just got my mail today and i was hoping that it was good news..
and i got accepted! i'm currently in the traditional program. i'm so relieved!
congratulations to all who got in! =) looking foward to meeting you all!
Congrats Jenny!!
I just got my info in the mail as well. I'm in the two-year program also :)
BTW - if anyone is looking for housing in NYC - I currently have 2 rooms open in my apt, located in Manhattan - It's about 30 min door-to-door to Beth Israel. Ideally looking for move ins asap... would be great to room with a fellow student! If you're interested, let me know :)
I got my mail today also and the financial aid package. It looks scary filling out the forms... All that money for loans and scholarships. I asked the financial aid office and she said that my tuition is estimated to be about 18k. Thats alot, in my opinion. I hope I get a few financial aid to take out some of the heavy baggage.
Its funny how a month ago we're worrying about getting in. Now, worrying about the tuition and extra payments..
And wow 268? Thats a relief. So yea I guess people who get interviews are basically in.. unless of course you mess up or something :) I'm in the 2 year traditional program too. I hope to see everyone there

This thread has been so helpful during this entire process... I still plan on checking this pretty frequently for more good news!
