the best NCLEX-RN review

Published

HI! I just found out yesterday that i passed my NCLEX-RN :yeah: . After 2 tries the third is a charm. My test ended with 75 questions. Words can't even explain how happy I am. I took excell nursing review. It is the best NCLEX-RN/LVN/LPN review out there. I tried kaplan but didn't pass, read saunders (both books) didn't pass!!! I graduated from the Philippines 3 years ago, not practicing, studying or being in the hospital for that long didn't help at all in passing my test. The excell review helped me a lot. I would recommend this review to anyone planning to take NCLEX, either international grad student or nursing grad from the U.S.. The teachers tell you what to do in certain situations in the hospital which is what the NCLEX exam is more focused on-- entry level nursing. Stuff that we as nurses should know and how to deal with on a day to day basis. This review is not just useful for the NCLEX but will help you later on when you become a nurse. Its a 10 day review and it is worth your time and money. Here is the link to the site

Now, this review will not make you say "...if i pass...." this review will make you say "...when i pass...." . This review will give you the confidence, knowledge you need to pass the NCLEX exam. I just wanted to share this with all the student nurses out there who are struggling to pass the NCLEX. Try Excell, its worth everything!!!

wow congratulations! I am a grad from the Philippines too. Just like you Im still just reviewing since I got here from the Us. I havent pass my nclex rn yet. I took 4 times already. I hope I pass this time.

Specializes in NSI - Neuroscienc ICU intern.

how much did the program cost?

would it be better to take the nclex when you're already in the US or when you're still in the philippines?

@pinksunflower: It is very difficult passing the test if you forgot the basic nursing content. The review i took (Excell) helped me a lot. Good luck, you will make it this time!!!! Just think positive. ;)

@djp: The review cost $490.00. All materials included already. Click on the link to go to the site. Excell Nursing Review | Home

@dnomyer_yoj: In my opinion it would depend on your situation. If you are asking if there would be a difference in location, I don't think so...it does not matter where you take the test. The questions will still be random and will still be the same level of difficulty no matter where you take it. It was easier for me to take it here because my family is here. So, it would all depend on you where you are comfortable taking the test.

caliotter3, thank you!!!! :dncgbby:

i graduated also from philippines last march 2009..and planning to re take NCLEX-Rn this coming October or November..i've been using saunders comprehensive and the book by lacharity..i'm not sure if that's enough..

if you feel that you are ready take it...if you are having second thoughts then try out the review. check out their web site and see their schedule... i had to stay in the hotel where they were teaching for 10 days...it was all worth the money, time and effort...you will not regret it if you enroll in excell nursing review...especially if you graduated from the phil....:)

its only for 10 days? were they able to cover everything?

Congratulations! Did u take the most recent excell review in burbank? Aug 1-10. did u get a lot of psych meds? I'm taking mine this week and I'm having a hard time remembering the psych meds.
