Rush Limbaugh Thinks Obama's Trying to Punish White People with Ebola
Let's see... a guy in Africa claims that Ebola is a hoax, but is transmitted via vaccines. How the two American nurses got the vaccine, he did not say.
I actually can't even discuss this topic with my family anymore because they are in freak-out mode and will not listen to me when I try to explain how those two nurses got it but none of the family members or ER staff did. They think we're not being told everything. Maybe we're not, but I work in a hospital and I'M not freaking out about it at this time.
Oh my goodness. It gets even better:
This article claims the Red Cross is being dispatched by the government to spread Ebola as a form of population control.

We all know them or have seen them on the Internet. The Armchair Doctors or Internet Microbiologists. Their conspiracy theories are wrapped up in so many tangents you wonder how they haven't accidentally hog tied themselves. So what are the best, horrific, hilarious, and/or interesting theories you have seen out there regarding the Ebola crisis.
Example: One of my lovely friends believes Ebola is a man made virus that is being used as a means of population control and "black genocide" and to test vaccines on African children. Oh and Robert Gallo "made AIDS".
Another example: Ebola was created by Africans and their inappropriate relationships with animals and the witch doctors.
Lovely. It's frustrating to see how all these people are exposed to the truth and here I am with my evidence-based practice looking dumb. I'm tired of being angry and all I can do now is laugh and soak it all in. Give me your best theories. Bonus points if you can connect several medical ailments like my friend going from Ebola to HIV conspiracies.
