Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone is applying to the BCIT Spring 2022 intake? What GPA are you applying with and are you applying with previous healthcare experience? How did the Casper test and Snapshot go for you?

Good luck to everyone taking their Casper Test in 30 mins! I'm so so nervous but I don't think I can prepare myself anymore LOL! I know I am going to get stuck on a few questions... can't wait to hear how all of you did! ?

Hello, Guys!

In the last intake, I received a non-offer after the quiz. So I'm applying again for this upcoming intake! 

When you guys fill in the "Describe How You Meet the Entrance Requirements", did you guys put in the information as point forms?

Hey guys,

I just had a quick question when recording my total institute credits if I haven't yet finished my degree, do I include the credits of the semester I am currently in? Or only the ones I have fully completed (not including this semester).

Was this question on the mandatory questionnaire? I honestly can't remember that question. I don't think it matters if you write in point form or sentences, as long as it shows you met the requirements.

When filling out my application, I included the courses that I'm currently taking. I wanted the department to know that I am currently taking some other health courses.

Have any of you done your Snapshot? How was it and do you have any tips on how to prepare for it? 

Also how did all of your casper exams go?

For anyone that has done their casper test, have you gotten your result percentile yet? I just got an email and I got in the 3rd percentile. I honestly don’t know what that means LOL! Is that good or bad? Hopefully we can compare and find out what it means :)

I did both! I honestly didn’t know how to prepare for the snapshot and I’m so anxious when it comes to interviews so I just went with it. I think it went okay but I didn’t do the full time length for each question and stumbled over my words a bit. 
 

I just got my results and I got into the 3rd percentile, I’m not sure what that means… is that good or bad?

You can check on the casper altus website to understand what 3rd percentile is. But its good! Means your top 75% from my understanding :)

does anybody know how casper shares the results to bcit? Do they only share what quartile we got into or do they give a more detailed result?

They share the quartile score and that’s it I believe!
