BCIT Nursing Sept 2021 Intake

Hello!

Just wanted to start a new topic for the next intake for those applying in Feb 1 2021- March 15 2021 for the Sept 2021 intake at BCIT!

I don't think so. I applied on the first day that applications opened in the morning and mine still says "pending department review" but I will be declining anyways if I get in.

Oh! Did you get accepted to UBC or other schools?

I got accepted to UBC which is my first choice.

Thanks! I got an email saying to check mycommunication at 4 PM and I applied late Feb., plus my last name is in the lower half of the alphabet so I'm unsure if there's any particular order to people receiving acceptances. 

I was a hospital porter for about 3 years, did it while completing my B.A. in health science at SFU, and I'd say my GPA was competitive (Let's say from 2.9-3.1). I think what helped was the work experience and I also worked closely with supporting aboriginal communities for about 4ish years.

Feel like they’ll input the results and release them at once like at 4 when they leave the office. Seems like that’s what they did yesterday

I was getting on to ask the same, I have not yet seen anything on my end!

I suspect they let everyone know who was accepted yesterday. Now they are just waiting to see if any spots open up from people declining. Doesn't make sense for them to let accepted people know on different days.

I have heard from previous years applicants that they don't send all at once, but not sure about it!

I hope that’s not the case because when I read about other universities, people hear back on different dates. Here’s hoping.
