This is my third time starting a forum (aka my third time applying to a program...).
I am planning on applying to BCIT BSN for September 2015 intake.
Applications have already opened, but I am still waiting on marks. In my case, I have everything but my grade 11 courses (ha). I am currently finishing up Chem 11 and Math 11 because I had a C+.
....I guess grade 11 really does matter.
The deadline is April 1st. Here are the prerequisites as of January 2015:
I also got short listed and plan to do the questionnaire this weekend. I'm try not to be too nervous and think of it as preparation for my UBC interview next week... we'll see how it goes! Thanks for sharing the info about numbers!

No problem! Hopefully I can ease some minds, because 69 cut is really not too bad! I too will be completing the questionnaire either today or on the weekend. I'm working myself up to do it lol. I'm trying to think carefully about the examples I'll want to use.
Omg... I filled out the questionnaire, which in itself wasn't so bad, but completely screwed up the first question. Ironically, the first question was related to my communication skills and I realized after I submitted it that I had several awkward sentences that made no sense. E.g "I used communication in a concisely and accurately to hasten production" ***!!! I think I just opened up a spot for someone else.....������. That would happen to me...I think my other answers were ok. But they will probably read that and think "NEXT!"
No! You can't think that way! I'm sure your answers were really good! You have to have confidence in yourself :). I just submitted my questionnaire as well. Hopefully we all get accepted!!! *crosses fingers
Haha aw rayanne don't worry! I don't think they put all that much emphasis on the questionnaire. It's important of course, but our other attributes like gpa and experience I'm sure are worth a lot more. Also, it's timed, so I'm sure they won't be expecting perfect answers! I wouldn't worry too much :)

I wonder how long it will take them to send out decisions after the questionnaire's deadline? They said everyone will know by the 30th.. but in previous threads it seemed like people found at different times throughout the month. Haha, I'm so impatient!

Thank you! I think I was better able to articulate my examples this time. I went to my schools library because their computers are way better than mine. Yay no more lagging and freezing!
I'm also curious when, I think they say the 30th just as a deadline but they may complete some before that. I'm also super impatient. I want in so bad!!!
Just make sure you read all the CRNBC links they give in the letter. You'll be surprised, once you read said links ideas will come to you without much effort😊. Good luck!
Reading through all the links now and hoping to do the questionnaire tonight or tomorrow. I'll let you know how it is once completed, but seems like it's not too bad so we shouldn't be too nervous....although easier said than done :) Good luck to everyone on the questionnaire and I hope we all get in!!! Also, just wanted to say I'm so happy I joined this thread because it's been helpful hearing from everyone - we're in this together :)
I got short listed as well, and I just did the non-cognitive questionnaire! I didn't really thoroughly read the CRN notes they have given, I just skimmed it. But yes, good luck to all of us! Its the waiting game for me now
