Hello all!
This is my third time starting a forum (aka my third time applying to a program...).
I am planning on applying to BCIT BSN for September 2015 intake.
Applications have already opened, but I am still waiting on marks. In my case, I have everything but my grade 11 courses (ha). I am currently finishing up Chem 11 and Math 11 because I had a C+.
....I guess grade 11 really does matter.
The deadline is April 1st. Here are the prerequisites as of January 2015:

Feel free to share your story or concerns. I've found it useful to have a forum open for people to discuss their concerns throughout the process.
All the best to you!
Just completed the questionnaire isn't too bad, but I would definitely recommend reviewing all the links provided and coming up with as many examples as possible. I found the time constraint a bit stressful because I could have prepared a bit more beforehand; however, all in all its totally doable. I finished in the nick of time with 1 min to go :)
@Rayanne I only applied to BCIT, but might apply to UBC if I do not get into the BCIT August intake. But fingers crossed I do!!
Ahaha awesome grats Missray, all we have to now is wait
Anyways I kept my answers around 300 words per question to keep it consistent.
I gave at least one example but made it complex enough, so that I can show different types of qualities that I would do in that situation.
Did you guys do the same thing? How many words per questions did you guys have?
Thanks Cyrene! I did as close to 250 words per question as I could, but I went over thst limit on a few of them. It was very hard to keep them at just 250!? I also provided one specific example for each question. I'm excited for their final decision in a few weeks and I'm sure you rocked it :)
The wait sucks! Lol
I tried to stay in the limit I think I went a little bit over for some questions, it was totally tough to keep it around 250!! I kept the same example for two of my questions but used two for my other two questions, because I couldn't get too much more in depth than I did, but I feel the depth was good.
I also found the time constraint stressful, luckily I finished with five minutes to spare! I found the links to be helpful. Since they helped elucidate what type of skills they are looking for.
Good luck you guys! I have faith in us! ðŸ™
Hello everyone,I observed this thread in silence so far, and today I decided to join the conversation. I was too shortlisted for August 2015, and I have completed the questionnaire last night. It wasn't that bad as I expected. The only thing that I have found difficult was to maintain the 250 word limit. I tried to keep it but I exceeded too a couple of answers. Now that the questionnaire has come to the end of the availability, I guess all we have to do is to wait.So let the waiting game begin! Good luck to everyone and I hope we get an answer soon.

Waiting is the worst part! I have finals for school during these next couple weeks, and I'm distracted because I'll be thinking about whether I'm in or not. Lol.
