Hello everyone!
Now that the 2018 January applications are open, I thought that a thread should be started about it.
To those that are wondering, I'm applying with:
A&P 1 - A-
A&P 2 - A-
Psychology - A-
English - A-
Physics (elective 1) - A-
Philosophy (elective 2) - B
So, overall I'm applying with a 3.55 GPA. I have no previous degree, or relevant work experience. However, I do have relevant volunteer experiences.
I'm so nervous about my chances getting in. How are you guys feeling? What are your grades like?

I think when I found out for the shortlist was September 24! So getting close for those of you who applied for January!

Was it an email on mybcit forwarded to your personal email addy? Or you could only see it by logging in?
they send to your bcit email. i have mine forwarded to my regular so thats how i saw it, make sure to keep logging in to check!
Anyone has heard from Admissions yet????

mine still says pending department review, havent heard anything yet

Same with mine. We should be hearing back soon though.
Next week? I keep telling myself, what if it says No... How will I feel like after all this time.... How's everyone coping?
You lovely people that applied for Jan will most likely hear back in th next few days. Im like 95% certain
Also, even if you get shortlisted your status will still say pending department review up until the very end when you are rejected or accepted so don't look at your status, look out for an email from the nursing department

Everytime I open my email now, my heart start beating fast. Oh god this never ending wait.

@sona2nurse Yeah! I get what you mean because I have the same feeling as well whenever I open my email.
