Congrats! It's a great place to do you residency. Great preceptors too. I've been on fourth floor a couple of times. The people there are sweet. I would definitely say it's much less intense than 3rd floor. Much less workload and time to chill.

Thank you so much for being so helpful! ? you wouldn’t happen to know the night shift differential over there would you?

Unfortunately not. It's been all over the place because of Covid-19. I know a lot of them have been making good money due to that though.

Anyone heard from womens services?

Does anyone know what the night differential is for Baylor Scott and White?

I just got an offer for some med surge floors but I'm waiting to hear back from the other residencies especially in Houston. But it seems like most places are already sending out offers so if I didn't get contacted for an interview yet for any of them do yall think it's safe to assume it's not worth it?!

Baylor is $5 night differential and $6 weekend.

It’s the same throughout I’m pretty sure.

Has anyone who applied at Temple heard anything yet?  I attended the expo and have not heard anything since.  ?

I did my digital interview a little over a week ago and I have a follow-up call with the recruiter today at 1:30. I will say though if you applied later it might take them longer to get to you. Some of my classmates heard back before me and they had applied in early February.

I think my digital interview is what is keeping me from getting a job offer.  I did absolutely horrible and was so tongue tied.  ?

If the digital interview is the one where you record yourself speaking, I wouldn't be too worried yet. You still have to go through a phone screening and then the actual make-or-break interview. They are still conducting phone calls now, and considering the application just closed last week, you should be receiving a response soon.

I thought the same thing and I still got a call. Keep your head up, it will all work out! They have hundreds of to go through, you will get your call soon!
