With anyone who has had the phone screening, what questions were asked/ how can we best prepare for it? Thanks!!

They basically just asked to confirm your hospital/location preferences, and the units you were interested in. They tell you about the starting salary of 26.75 and ask your nursing GPA. Basically confirming everything you wrote down in the application and answering some basic questions you have. Then they tell you about the interview process for the locations you selected if they are still interviewing! Nothing crazy and you shouldn't have to prepare, but definitely prepare for the live virtual interview with the hiring managers if they schedule that! ?

Hey y’all! I applied this past weekend and from what I’ve read, phone calls and interviews are taking a while to get back. But, I see a few people have finally heard from the Dallas/Plano/Fort Worth areas, when did you all apply to these locations? I’m super stressed because I would love to work here, but I feel like other places are getting back quicker and asking for answers and it’s stressful?

One of my friends applied soon after the application opened and she just heard back not too long ago. I definitely think that area is taking longer than the other ones.

Does anybody who has talked to a recruiter or HR have any updates on how long it takes to hear back after the phone interview  , I’m beginning to hear back from other places but I will like to know what’s up with Baylor as well .

I had mine 2/15 and he said they would be reaching out around mid-march. I'm hoping that means sometime this week. I hate waiting.

Last week I was told mid to end March. It’s driving me nuts because I have two other interviews a d would really like to stay in BSW.

Hi I applied Feb 28th for the GN residency at all BSW locations. Should I have heard back by now?  Any insight would be appreciated!?
