Baylor Scott & White February 2020 Nurse Residency

Hey y'all! Wanted to go ahead and start a thread for those of us who are applying to Baylor S&W's Nurse Residency Program in Texas! Thought this would be a great place for us to keep each other updated throughout the application process ?

I applied when the apps opened on September 1st, and received an email requesting a digital interview on September 3rd! Haven't completed it yet. Let me know where y'all are at in the application process!

Does anyone know how long it will take for us to know if we got hired or not?

Has anyone received an interview for McLane's NICU? And also does anyone know how many they are hiring for NICU?

I had my interview for NICU today. I'm not sure how many they're hiring for NICU, but they did say how they're hiring 14 nurses at McLane's.

I believe it went well! They were very nice and made me feel relaxed. This is coming from someone that gets pretty nervous in interviews too. ?

Is there anyone who has applied for the Centennial or McKinney BSW. If so, have you heard back from anyone? I applied over a month ago and have not heard anything. I am already a nurse and am looking to change my specialty.

@khans I applied to both Centennial and Mckinney and haven't heard back since the phone screening!

@ccwelch428 what was the phone screening like? I haven't had any screening at all. I don't know if that is a good thing or bad.

@khans Well, I did the video interview and then got a phone call about a week later. They just asked about my locations and what I would be interested in. He said he would send my info to Centennial/Mckinney and I haven't heard back from them!
