Banner Nurse Fellows Program

I interviewed for the nurse fellows program through Banner about three weeks ago and still haven't heard anything! I was talking to another girl there for an interview who said that her friend (I know, I know, don't listen to anything like this, but I can't help it!) got a call a week after her interview offering her a slot. Has anyone else interviewed and heard anything?

I don't know why I'm so freaking out about it. I'm already accepted into Mesa to start in January (I deferred) but I WANT TO GET INTO THIS!

you guys are so lucky, man im still on my pre classes. i want to get into the program now!i got 3-2 more years to burn.

Did anyone here apply this March (2007) to the fellows program? Have you heard anything? I may have misunderstood, but I thought they said they were interviewing for the July cohort in April and May.

I interviewed in November of last year for the March cohort and was ended up as an alternate for the march. I ended up getting placed for the July cohort at GCC. I think they start interviewing for the july cohort in either February or March. Did you already get called for an interview? Do you currently work for Banner (you dont have to in order to get an interview), I was just curious.

Nubcake, keep your head up and dont give up. I look at it like the time is going to come either way, might as well be going for something you want. The time will be here before you know it. :) Where are you taking your pre-reqs at?

qaqueen, you're right. The March application for Banners did interview in April and maybe into the first part of May. I interviewed in early April and just recieved my acceptance letter yesterday for the July cohort. Hope this helps.

I'm entering block I through BFP in a couple months at GCC. I would love a brief overview of what is covered b/c I want to do some studying before I get in. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!

I just got a letter that I will be interviewed for October cohort.

Does anyone have any advice for the interview? What kind of questions will be asked? What type of people are they looking for? I would love to get in.

I just had my interview for the fellows program today. It was a standardized interview, to the point they had a copy of the questions they were going to ask me laid before me, giving me time to think of answers.

I too just had my interview for the October cohort. I think letters come out in August. Can anyone confirm or deny?
