Banner New Grad Experience

Hello,

I have an interview for banners new grad experience. I was wondering if anyone has gone through this, what the interview process is like, was there more than 1 interview. How soon did you hear back. What was the program like.. and any tips for the interview! So pretty much any and all information that you might have!

Hi all, so does anyone know how to contact the recruiters at Banner? I applied in August and my application still says "Pending recruiter review". It won't allow me to reapply because it says I have already applied for this position. Help!

same thing here . And I have been checking every day. 2 days ago the new grad west valley had been taken down and last night i noticed it was up again in their job availability.

Has anyone applied at Abrazo? What is the experience if so? , that is the last hospital I would choose but I want to get experience and I know all their positions will consider new graduates. Meanwhile I have applied for banner and honor health new grad program but pending.

Really ?. ...Last week a recruiter called me and said that she was going to forward my application to the hiring manager for the position but I applied for a high acuity department and she told me she wasn't sure if that the department would want new grads. I still haven't heard from the hiring manager. She told me that as the recruiter she pre screens potential candidates and then its up to the hiring manager if they call for an interview. but for sure she said she knew that abrazo central and maryvale do get new grads , so she suggested I apply for those to have better chances. She checked for me and told me abrazo central would have a posting this week and I just checked and they do , so I applied to it , i figured since the recruiter told me I am crossing my fingers.

I think banner West Valley posting online is having issues because mine said pending for a month and then I applied to east valley and got an email for an interview the next day. Have you tried that?

I read that someone else did just that and apply to east valley and also got the email . When I discovered this , the east valley position was no longer active to Apply. Hopefully I hear from abrazo but we will see .

I applied to West Valley last week, East Valley this morning which was only up for two seconds while WV then replaced it. And under my app for East Valley it says position no longer being considered. Just seems strange.

Just seems strange.

I applied this morning as well to the east valley and a few hours later it was gone. I looked at my status right now and mine for east and west still read pending recruiter review , I applied to west valley a few weeks ago.
