Hello,
I have an interview for banners new grad experience. I was wondering if anyone has gone through this, what the interview process is like, was there more than 1 interview. How soon did you hear back. What was the program like.. and any tips for the interview! So pretty much any and all information that you might have!
Thank you, your time is greatly appreciated!

Keep in mind that while it is true that Banner hires many new grads, not all will get a job because they interviewed. For every one new grad position open there are multiple applications put in. They can't staff a hospital full of new grads as it is expensive and very unsafe.
I am not trying to harp on new grads. You guys are fantastic and the future of nursing. Just something to keep in mind while on the job hunt. A position that lists 10 openings may get 100 applications because there are so many new grads. Keep looking. If you can't find anything in acute care after a couple months, broaden your search to include SNF, corrections, whatever. Any experience is better then no experience. I was picked up at an LTACH from a SNF and then into banner from my tele LTACH experience. There are jobs if your willing.
