    Does anyone know what is going on with Banner? The listings seem to be up for an hour and then go back down almost as if something is wrong with the system. I applied to West Valley last week, East Valley this morning which was only up for two seconds while WV then replaced it. And under my app for East Valley it says position no longer being considered. Just seems strange.
