You might want to consider distance into your equation. Every hospital you have mentioned, with the exception of JCL, is in the FAR EAST valley. Any of those would be a long commute from the actual city of Phoenix. I live in Phoenix and I would not even consider driving that far for a nursing job.

JCL is a magnet hospital and I have heard nothing but good things about it. Good luck in the job search. ;)

Over-time is standard and does not vary between facilities, it is time and a half over 40 hours per week...........

And as stated above, you would not want any of those facilities if you are going to live in Phoenix proper, your commute time would be terrible.

Please select a facility based on where you will actually be living, start at that point. No sense in having a 90 minute commute each way, and traffic can be bad. Snowbird season as not even started yet.

You only mentioned 4 hospitals out of a great many here in the valley. I'd do like the others said and try to narrow it down to what's actually close to where you'll be living. Whereabouts are you actually going to be living?

I'm not sure where you're from, but Phx is very very spread out, unlike most big cities. Give us an idea of where you'll be living and we can make some good suggestions.
