   Thank you for the reply. 6:1 nurse to patient ratios is a lot. Anyway, it sounds like a good place to work. Hopefully, they will nurses well.

   Thinking to apply for Presby Dallas. Do you recommend this hospital? Do they get a lot of ghetto patients as it is so close to the downtown. Is this too far to drive from Frisco? I am new to the area. Thank you for your advice.

   My life is pretty is easy here in the Southwest, I made about 80K last year with moderate amt of OT, not a lot of overtime. After I studied online, No state income tax in Texas only can save RN about $1500-$2000 a year, depending on your deductible....

    This is Baylor.Baylor may not pay well. I don't see THR has the opening I want right now. I am not sure if I want to accept the job. Pay is too low, comparing to what I get now.
