I am trying to get all my documents together and in the right format to send in for my CPNE application online. I got my bacground check through the certifiedbackground.com and it came in PDF format. Since Excelsior only wants an image file and I have 3 different sheets for my background check (sumary, ssn check, and residency check) then which one do I send in? Should I just scan all three in and shrink them down and put them all into one image?
Any help would be appreciated. :-)

Scan them into one file together. They need all three. Your scanner should have a function to let you combine three pics into a file with one name.
Oooh. Thanks so much! Its really a pain because I dont have a scanner here so I have to keep going to my moms in the next town over and then email them to myself and Ive had to do this like 4 times... AHH! haha, But anyways, thanks again!
Once you email them all to yourself just concantenate them (put them together) into one document with cut and paste. And attach THAT.

Is this the only option of giving EC all my documents? Could I compile them and overnight all my papers to them?
I couldn've sworn that I saw something on there say that 'click the link' if you want to mail these.... but i didn't see a link.

I just scanned the very first page of the background check (results summary) and emailed it to excelsior with the other required documents and it was accepted right away.

When I did my app on the 19th, they wanted the results page. I tried scanning them into one file, but I flubbed it weird, I guess. I had it rejected at first because they wanted the results page, but when I sent that by itself I was accepted. (Rejection and subsequent acceptance when I sent in the results page happened over the course of less than an hour. They are quick.)
I also had printed off the PDF file and scanned it in my printer/scanner/copier doodad and put it as a .jpg file when I saved it.
Man I really wish I knew they only needed the results page because I was SO frustrate trying to get them all together in one file. My mom has one of those printer/copier/fax/scanner things so I copied it at a smaller size, then cut them all out, then put the all on the scanner and scanned them in, and it was really just a pain in the ass.
