Congratulations gailtan!

I think your having a masteral in nursing has a lot to do with being granted an eligibility. Good luck!

Hi kanebo!

There are lots of applicants from the Philippines who only have BSN(then answered BET), but became eligible to take CRNE. I hope yours will come soon.

I submitted my initial application last August, then I received their response with the BET last December dated November. I faxed the option form only last week and I opted to submit the BET and other additional docs. I actually exceeded the 40 days deadline they are giving for the submission of the option form so I called them up to confirm that I am not withdrawing my application. But until now I haven't started my BET yet. Would you know if they have deadline for the submission of BET?

Hi again! I dont think there is a deadline for the BET, but of course the longer they wait for your documents the longer it takes for the assessment to process. And you know how rules re: these assessments changes. It took me 3 months to finally submit my BET because I have to go back to Norway for a month. I hope we'll get an answer soon. Regards. :nurse:

Great news! Glad that someone had some good news :)

Hi Gailtan,

Congratulation.

Just wondering if you did the academic pathway for nurses in GBC? Who gave u direction t study? I'm waiting for my RN assessment, its been 5 mos when i received a letter stating that its being reviewed by entry practice assessor (since Aug. 25, 2010) - all my documents incld BET etc. I'm doing courses also in GBC and I already finished 4 courses from the academic pathway. I don't know when CNO will give me response.

Hello everybody!

Good news to all! I just received the eligibility to write the CRNE from CNO today!! Dated Jan. 19! I am soooo happy! Thank you guys for all the encouragement! I hope everybody will receive good news from CNO soon. :D Keep the faith!

Hi Pickles27 congratulations! How long did u wait since u send ur BET? Do u hav master in nsg?

Hi Pickles, did u said that u Wer refused for RN before that's why u did rpn? Did CNO gave u direction to study in George brown? did u finish all d courses in academic pathway? how about clinical? sorry I have so many questions. I'm practicing rpn, I passed my exam Sept 2009. My RN assessment I don't know when, I completed all my documents includ BET since June 2010. I got bored so I'm taking courses on george brown academic pathway . Thanks

I submitted my docs last week of sept. I have some units in Master in Nursing, but did not finish it.

Hi everyone!

I'm just new here, I just submitted by BET last friday. Do you have any idea how long the assessment will take?

Thank you. God Bless us all :)

Hi.

Yeh, before I was not equivalent to RN thats why I took the RPN exam and now practicing as an RPN. I also did some courses in GBC but did not finish it. Since 2010, you have not heard anything from CNO re: your RN appeal?
