I'm applying for APU's ELM program for Spring 2017 and I was curious to see who else was applying :) maybe we could chat about the application process!

Can you guys please update us on how the program is after a month or so in? There is no information out there from students who are actually in it and I just want to make sure this is the best move. I live down South and I don't want to walk in completely blind. Thank you!

I got bumped to the Summer session, so I won't be starting until May, but I'll keep you postedí ½í¸Š I noticed that too when I was applying...I wish people had posted some updates after they started/finished the program ahha.

So for Spring 2017 admissions we apply for the deadline by March 1. Does anyone know when we are notified for acceptance?

You should have been notified already for Spring 2017.

If you meant Spring 2018 though, I think you would be notified in May or early June.

LOL I love how I am not even at the stage of applying to the program and I am already biting my nails and overly anxious. For those of you who have already been admitted and waiting to start, how are you coping and occupying your time? Saving up for school/working healthcare jobs/traveling? I feel like APU's 10 month wait after months of waiting to be admitted would drive me crazy, that's like 12 months of anxiety!! hahaha sorry guys and gals just wanted to let that out. Hello All,

I was accepted into the Spring 2017 Cohort and was wondering if anyone has received any information regarding orientation or anything from APU yet. I am anxiously waiting and want to get as much done now as possible. Does anyone have the information on immunizations and physical exams?

Yes! I have received multiple emails including a list of everything that needs to be done before classes start and when orientation is. You should contact the Elmsn department for whichever location you were accepted to so you can make sure you're included on the mailing list.

Thank you very much for replying to my message, it makes me nervous that I haven't heard anything. I just emailed them so hopefully I will get some information soon.
