A typical day at work for Bob, currently considering a career change:
"I know you are still pretty new here Nancy, but this will be the last time I explain this to you! This is Bob HAWYER from housekeeping. Now let's review where to find the HOYER and what the difference between the two is."
"No Nancy, you can't borrow Bob! I won him today, fair and square...remember rock SMASHES scissors!!!"
The newest budget cut for lift equipment has caused many heated fudes throughout the hospital, putting Bob from housekeeping in a great position to ask for a raise.
I have been in my job for 13 years working as an LPN, the minute My RN license got active. I told my DON ,she let me go and now I have no job. She said I can not continue to work an LPN if my RN license is active and there is no RN position available as this time.
Please Help!!! any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
