Can someone please help me clarify this; I recently applied for an Lpn position with the VA via online for a U.S. citizen. I answered the questionnaire completely, Uploaded my resume and renewed nursing license, was told via email that my job application is complete. However, I was disappointed to receive another email few days later stating that I was found ineligible due to missing transcripts. When qualifying based on education or meeting minimum requirements for a position. Do I need to go to their office for more clarification?
