Hey, I don't blame them for withdrawing their acceptance. It took us a lot of effort and time to get everything together but then you had people waiting for half a year to finally start their "jobs". No employers would do that!! I do feel bad for those applying into the active duty. I'm on the reserve side so at least it's not as bad. I still have my "day job", it just feels like waiting for a side job to respond to you.

I pray and hope for everyone here to get their scrolls and orders soon!!!. Keep everyone posted here, it helps to vent and share and seeing people's updates on progress.

Not yet. I’m going on vacation in a month so of course it’ll happen then.

I'm still waiting on my orders. Selected in Nov and commissioned in March. Unfortunately, I believe everyone is waiting.

Does anyone have insight as to why this is taking so long. My recruiter says he’s never seen it like this.

No idea why it’s taking so long. I did hear from my recruiter today. She said that she had no new info on my scroll but needed me to sign a letter of intent “ASAP” because of the end of the FY. I wish there was a way they could predict a timeline.

My recruiter says my status says pending appointment it said this back in July when the scroll came through then switched to a holding status. Hopefully this means my appointment order will be in soon!

My recruiter asked me to sign a letter of intent today as well.... He says a lot of his recruits from his station are waiting for scrolls to come in as well. In the mean time, I am just trying to lose a few pounds and train for the ACFT.

I'm in Southern California. I don't know what unit I'll be going but I'm doing the reserve component.

Same here. I’m in San Diego and fortunately, the unit I’ll be drilling is only 15 minutes away. That is whenever I get my appointment letter.

good GOD what is the holdup?! Is anyone else trying get their house ready to sell while awaiting orders? Cus this is killing me, not knowing what we will have time to finish or not. *double sigh*
