What about fraternity guys? I'm a TKE.

Was Lambda Chi Alpha when undergrad for the first time. :) I couldn't imagine being in a fraternity when in nursing school. think it would be too much to handle.

Alpha Sigma (local sorority) for first time around undergrad.

Would not be able to do nrs school and sorority at same time - I would either fail nrs school or have everyone in sorority hate me for not pulling my weight.

i'm a pink and green supporter all the way! it has been my dream to be an alpha kappa alpha since i knew sororities existed! in fact i was an aka debutant! i rushed with my first degree but i dropped out due to not having the money to keep up. my sister rushers and the sorority sisters were saddened but it was my reality at the time. now that i have graduated with my third degree and am working as a new grad nurse i will be better situated financially to rush. ironically, the nearest chapters are about 300 miles away. this is not a problem, i am in a rn-bsn program and i will make it happen, even if it means flying to events! :up:
