Alright already,:0) so I want to pledge Delta Sigma Theta but I'm currently at a community college in an ADN program but plan to transfer to a university to work on my BSN and adventually my MSN. Does anyone have any "words from the wise" on rules and regulations or secrets to pledging? I've always wanted to talk with someone about this. Great thread!!

what sorority, & why did you quit? :confused:

delta gamma. during recruitment week i felt that delta gamma was definitely for me. the girls were so nice and seemed so down-to-earth and i got along with so many girls during recruitment, but then i became a pledge and it was different - the girls weren't really all that nice. i waited it out and was initiated, but nothing changed. girls in the chapter "secretly" hated one another and there was a lot of drama that went on. everyone also had such a bad attitude when it came to events and things - it seemed like no one wanted to be there. i ended up quitting because i did not think it was for me and why stay in and pay all of that money if i didn't really like it? a lot of girls from that chapter quit at the same time i did and my entire pledge class - with the exception of two - quit as well.
