April 2008 NCLEX test takers, COME ON IN!

Per the request of janina08 ;) I've started the April NCLEX takers support group. When do you take it? What are you using to study? Would anyone like to review any of the systems/meds that he/she feels weakest on? Let's keep each other in our prayers and good thoughts as we go through one of the biggest experiences of our lives. :) :nurse:

Ianjel... i think we took the same exam.. April 23, 9am... in manila... havent got my results yet... I applied for Saipan- no website, hafta call long distance..

I checked my BON website, my name is not there so I assume I failed again. I am so broken-hearted right now because I don't know what's happening to me. I studied really hard, everyday did my practice tests, read and understood each rationale.

I will just gonna take a break from NCLEX, honestly, I am so tired. I really need to get a job for now and I am going out to today to apply as a caregiver.

I did my nclex PN today which also happens to be my birthday. I had lots of meds n 6 calculations. others were mostly on mental health. computer shut at 85 ques. I am feeling not so good.:stone

I know how you feel right now, I had been there...but as long as you havent recieved the results, just hang in there and pray....:icon_hug:

I'm testing in April, 8 years after graduation. Call me crazy. People have.:bugeyes:

Anyways, I've been studying since June 07. I started with the Saunders book and read it all. I'm halfway through the CD Q's in Study mode. I also did the NCSBN review which I did like. I read the Kaplan's strategy book and found some of their strategies confusing and their Q's a bit hard. Needless to say, I'm sticking to Saunders.

I can't believe I passed the NCLEX-rn!!! I graduated in the Philippines 12 years ago and never worked for 8 years!!!I answered 265 questions:p!!! Thank you guys!!!!

Congratulations!!! I am from the Philippines as well and graduated 16 yrs ago. Passed for the 2nd time with 75Qs. This just shows that everything is possible with prayers and determination.:yeah:

I am waiting right along with you. I tested yesterday. Computer turned off on about question 138 or so (I quit looking). I really have no idea how I did, but since my results aren't posted, well...........

I'm from Dayton, Oh and I am graduating on Saturday, the 26th. I took Mark Klimek's review and he advised us that if the pH and bicarb are the same it metabolic if opposite respiratory. Same thing I guess.
