Applying to MDC RN Generic Prgm for Fall 08

Stressing! I am applying to MDC RN prgrm for the fall of 08 with a 3.2 and will be taking my last two pre reqs over the summer and GPA will be a 3.5 once i'm done with the summer semester. Not exactly sure how they will decide on whether or not to accept me but I'M TOTALLY ANXIOUS! (have not even turned in my application yet) LoL Someone, ANYONE, pls HELP! There is all this talk about how difficult it is to get into the prgrm and NOW i'm worried i'm not going to get accepted!:uhoh3::uhoh3::o

Is it a huge envelope?? I noticed from your zip codes that you all live really south. I'm in Aventura, almost reaching broward county.

I thought the acceptance letter would just come by itself in a small white envelope. But yeah, it's one of those big orange envelopes with papers regarding the immunizations, background check, the scholars program application packet, etc... Hang in there, tomorrow is almost here.

I think you do have to buy a book for the CPR class. When I went to register for it online, there was a line of text saying that you need to have the book purchased before the day of the class.

hi guys, I just called to mdc, and ms Moya told me that the most important is to pay the $100, before June 9th.. And then fax the receipt. The other papers are due for the orientation in July , so we have plenty of time. If anyone has called her let me know if I got that information correctly !!!!!!

ymarti: I registered for the CPR course online as well...what day did u get it for? I got it for June 7th... I tried calling the bookstore # that comes out in the course description to find out how much the book costs..but no one picks up...:confused:

Oh and ymarti..you were right..it is for 2 whole years you have to work for them...
