AOS case approved? Pls help explain

and i-140 was approved DEC202006

omg i cant belive this!!!

we both are very fortunate!!!

well it does bring excitment back to life to hear that congrats, My PD is 13th oct too..i 140 was in dec2006. so lets see wat happens..n yeah i m frm India.. so dunno,, how wud that work out..so good luck to all of us who are patiently waitin.. hard work is indeed rewarding,,

I am from Ghana also, my PD is Sept 12 2006. I am still waiting for the approval. Which center did you file your papers? Now I am really getting confused. I wonder if the r randomly selecting. I rejoice with you though. With this development, I can say there's hope for the future. Check your private message.

I checked I-485 (Employment based) processing times for TSC and they seem to be behind compared to all the other centers.

Has anybody who file I-485 with TSC prior to September 11th gotten approval yet?

Hi all, i've been following most of the threads in this forum since retrogression started even though i was not really registered.
Anyway. today, i just checked my case status and it showed this message below. Question is, does it mean case has been approved? For those that went thru AOS, pls help with this news. I'm sooooo happy. I and my husband has been waiting since october. Infact, our application were received (PD) on October 13th, 2006.We got our EAD November, 18,2006 and the I-140 approval on Jan 5th, 2007. I was even contemplating applying for a renewal EAD this month before they raise the fees when I suddenly saw this news. WOW!
We were not called for interview or anything but all our paper work were in at the same time ..courtesy of the attorney.
"The last processing action taken on your case
Receipt Number: SRCXXXXXXXXXX
Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR
TO ADJUST STATUS
Current Status: Card production ordered.
On July 11, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow

you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call
customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we

Got the same from USCIS, same date and same content too... I checked my email today too and it says:

Receipt Number: SRCxxxxxx

Application type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On July 12, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I485 Application to register permanent residence or to adjust status. Please follow any instructions on the notice....

PD date: Oct. 23, 2006

I140 approval: Nov. 20, 2006

EAD received: Nov. 20, 2006

BTW, I'm from PI currently working here in CA, USA... I am just so happy! Good Luck to others too... Your time will come, with retrogression or no retrogression! God is sooooooo good! :lol2:

I was thinking of renewing my EAD when I got this mail....
