has anyone worked as a CARE manager for Senior Bridge?

Specialties Home Health

I got an email from a recruiter for care manager positions with Senior Bridge in my area. I've looked at their website & I think it's something I may be interested in. It's not home health care per se, it is more interviewing and documentation. The point is to prevent hospital re-admissions.

Just wondering if anyone can share personal experience with this kind of thing. Thanks!

I have no earthly idea. How far are you away from being able to pm?. What are the requirements to pm?

@ jlminnc, LPN I still need to make 11 posts I guess in order for me to do PM's. Haayay!! anyway how about FB? LOL

Make 11 more posts somewhere... I cant't give out my name on here

@jlminnc, LPN ok I'll post in different threads haha! Thanks

jlminnc I looked up the phone number you mentioned called no one answered so I left a message but have not heard back. I to need about 11 more times here to PM. guess I will have to get busy.

Lol.. Ok.. I'm sure someone will call you back. If not .. Keep calling..

Thanks jlminnc, LPN for the info. I was almost, very, very close to going to work for a staffing agency I had found online. If not for your post, I probably would have. What a mistake that would have been!! I am in the process of submitting documents to Senior Bridge now and hope to have training done by the end of next week. I hope there is an abundance of clients in my area. I'm optimistic that there is because I know of a nurse working at a local home health agency that is a Care Manager through the agency. I know what she is getting paid and its not anywhere close to the contract rate! Thanks again!

You are very welcome! What area are you in?

@ jlminnc, LPN Hi! I was able to sent you a PM at last. I hope you can give me more info regarding the position.

I'm in the lowest paying area of the country for nurses, eastern Oklahoma. If there are a sufficient number of cases within a 2 hour radius from me, my income will more than double, and I'm an RN. I would actually make as much as NPs in my area.

I need your help can you PM me, I am talking with an agency to sign up as a care manager but now I want do independent contractor. I sent the agency some paperwork but I did not do any trainings. How will I know if the agency has made me an employee. I believe that that they have tried to send in my information but they are still requesting a background check. Do you think I am okay to try to go through the independent contracting process I am confused and the person from the agency isnt providing me any details. Is is legal for them to hold me as an employee if I request that they not PLEASE HELP ME thank you

Can you PM me please
