Anyone waiting on Acceptance/Rejection Letter '2012

well good luck to you guys!!...for me i received my letter yesterday.I was too nervous to open it. So I let my daughter read it first....She had me all excited at first....so i read it...unfortunately...I have been rejected from the BSN program I applied to. It was a sad moment but I will get over it....I still have time....i have been trying for past 2 years now.... :/ i'll just keep trying until i get in..

You can do it! Just keep trying and have faith! We need persistance in Nurses. :yeah:

I got my letter today my hands were trembling while opening the letter, I didn't get in for the Spring 2012! I don't understand. I am meeting with my advisor, and then reapplying for the Summer. I am so sad, but I am not going to give up until I get in. I wish the best of luck to all that get accepted/ start Jan.

Thanks, I am a fighter I will never give up until I am in. It sucks but life goes on, setbacks are only temporaily. I will be repplying to the same college and another college begining of next year.

I am now playing the waiting game. Applied to only 1 school for Spring of 2012, finished my pre-req's with a 3.7 GPA and passed the NLN in the 94 percentile. Now Im waiting to hear whether or not I got in. Advisor said decision would be made middle of this month with letters going out end of this month. These weeks seem to be dragging. I feel confident I got in with my scores but who knows how everyone else did. So there is always that doubt.
Just looking for some company for those playing the waiting game too.

@msxdbsk, I took mt teas at Jeff State and recieved my grade as soon as I finished. Is anyone waiting on an answer from this college?

Is anyone else waiting to hear from Jefferson State Community College in Alabama? The cut off date was two weeks ago and I'm already getting impatient. I don't really think I'll get in from what I've heard, but I can't wait to find out for sure, atleast I can stop worrying. Good Luck to everyone!!!!!

I didnt take the TEAS, my school required the NLN and it took less than a week for the scores to be posted online.

Hi everyone, I too am waiting on a letter. I applied to an accelerated MSN program. It's a direct entry program, where if you have a Bachelors and take required pre-reqs, you can become a nurse practitioner, clinical specialist, etc. I'm sure you've all heard about them. They are all over. I was super early when I applied. The deadline is Nov. 1st and I won't hear anything until Feb. There is a few of us. Some Accelerated BSN and some accelerated MSN. We have a forum up in another area of allnurses.com for our specific program. This wait is really killing me. We shall see. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!!!! I HOPE EVERYONE ON THIS FORUM GETS IN!!!!! I'll keep you posted!!!!

I was accepted into my school ADN program this week. I start in January. I am so happy I could cry this has been a long time coming.
