  1. for the class of 2017, anyone know what the stats are? How many applicants, how many interviewees and how many spots this year? Also for those that were granted interviews, are yall from Ohio or anyone from out of state? thanks!
  2. wow so if granted an interview that's already a 50% chance of getting into the school. Did the admissions specify the type of questions that they'll be asking? and How is everyone prepping for the interview day? its an entire full day! And is everyone from the region? anyone coming from out of state?
  3. for those of you that applied to schools what qualities were you looking for that made you want to apply and attend a certain school? was it tuition? location? # students? please share! thanks! =)
  4. wow thats nice! gjob! which schools did you get accepted to??
  5. For those in the program how do you like it now? Also when choosing and applying for schools what were you guys looking for- tuition? clinical sites? # classmates? Location? Please share! Thanks =)

  7. Hey I Just took the NCLEX today as well and I got the good pop up. but I stopped at 75 Questions.. and i did NOT feel good about the exam AT ALL. it was the hardest exam of my life and I studied months for it! ugh.. I wanted to ask you guys who already got your results, I checked before I took my nclex and I already had the "good pop up " even before my exam and after I took it i still had the same "good pop up". what does that mean. did you guys have the good pop up even before you took the exam as well?

I'm getting super anxious because i keep on hearing emory doesnt contact back for interviews & decisions till late summer like june/july & my #1 choice is emory, but at the same time i dont want to put my eggs in one basket and turn down other job offers from other hospitals!! if anyone has any info please feel free to share! thanks!

  11. how is the residency program for those who found out? and how is the pay?
  12. did you hear back from CHristiana care? if you did how did you like the residency program?
  13. Thanks for your post! When you said you had 1 year of experience, did you mean that when you applied, you had
  14. THanks for your advise!! It's going to be so helpful to me! One more question: By the time I apply I will have the bare minimum of 1 year ICU experience (I understand its not a lot, but im going to apply anyways regardless of what anyone says). In reality, how many people in your class, or by word of mouth do you know that actually get accepted with bare minimum of ICU experience? Is it really feasible? And those that did get in, how did y'all stand out and get noticed by the recruiters to give you a chance in their school? Was it the interview that you rocked??
  15. Thanks for the post!!!! I'm currently a nursing student graduating this May and am determined to be a CRNA. I'm trying to do the best I can in my nursing courses so far and have a GPA of ~3.6/7. I am doing my Senior Practicum at ICU and am planning to apply to as many ICU as possible so I can get a job as a GN in ICU and apply in 1 or 2 years to CRNA school. What is a Good GPA and what can I do right now to prepare myself to raise my chance of acceptance in to CRNA school?? Thanks so much! !
