Anyone else starting RN-to-BSN on 7/1?

In addition to the message board and other resources on the WGU student portal, I was hoping to meet and chat with other RN-to-BSN students who also will be starting on 7/1 to see how you're getting prepared and to keep in contact once classes start.

So update:

This competency base model of education fits me like a glove. I've already finished Care of the Elderly Adult and I'm 4/5th done with Biochemistry. I took my Leadership pre-assessment and made a high enough grade to schedule the proctored. I really feel like I'm on a roll.

Proctored web cam test do NOT work with google chromebooks and they don't work with Windows 8. Which puts me in a weird situation because I don't have any windows computers and the good new computers come with windows 8. So what I'm doing is borrowing a friends laptop when I need to take an assessment and waiting for them to support Windows 8. When they support Windows 8 I'll buy a new computer from Walmart.

But I love everything about WGU so far.

I read today on their Facebook page that they will support windows 8 starting on August 2nd. So hold out for a couple more weeks!! And good luck! I have a 9/1 start date and my intake interview is tomorrow!!

It was supposed to be 8/1 but my license came one day late and my enrollment counselor was out of the office.
