Other Dx as it relates to knowledge defecit or in general? Did they already have the surgery or they're on their way? Well: Acute pain (s/p sx)

activity intolerance

Self care deficit

defecient knowledge r/t surgical procedure (if it applies)

risk for infection (s/p sx)

i graduated from DSC december 16th .... took NCLEX feb 3rd .... 75 questions (1 hr 15 minutes) AND PASSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM AN RN!!!!

you all can do it!!! let me also recommend the HURST REVIEW as I took that course and studied only with their book and questions and it fully prepared me for NCLEX.

i am staying in this forum though, to contribute whatever i can. also if anyone has any questions about the NCLEX let me know!
