Anyone who can help?

I'll be taking my first NCLEX this Dec. 18, 2007. I'm feeling ambivalent right now. I just learned I'm 1 1/2 month pregnant and still have not yet told my dear mom about it. My guy and I have been together for the past 6 years and we're not yet married, neither do we have any plans at the moment. When the result of the pregnancy test came, our world came crashing down. I know my mom will really freak out because I'll be taking my NCLEX next month and then this pregnancy happened... Any advices? I'm having some difficulty concentrating on my NCLEX because of this. It may not seem a hard problem for some, but for me, it's really awful. I've been answering computer based questions in my review, and crying the whole night about this.. I need some boost here..:uhoh3: I'm so crappy right now..:o

yes, i told already her the other night. i mustered enough courage to tell her this. but before i begun, i uttered a prayer hoping the lord would give her the strength that she needs. well, at first, i told her there's somethig that she needs to know and that i did something wrong! i thought she knows about it and she just waited for me to admit it and when no words came out of my mouth, she asked me if i was pregnant. i said yes. and then she cried and cried till dawn. she was not even shouting nor cursing. very unlikely of her. probably, the lord guided her to be calm. she just asked me and my boyfriend what were our plans, what about the wedding.. the usual questions of a mother. but what a relief! i was now able to sleep well without crying at night. right now, i really need to focus on my nclex, especially now that there's a reason for me to strive hard and pass my exam. to you guys, who helped me on my darkest moment, i wish to thank you from my heart. have a good day! go on and strive to be the nurses you can be. now the only priority is my nclex. and still, i'm not resting my case but atleast there was a big relief on my part.:D:cool::loveya:

sorry to hear that you didnt make it. but in every storm theres a rainbow...you are getting married and a little angel will be born soon! huge celebrations!!!! best wishes and congratulations!!!! Once everything is settled, maybe a month or 2 after the wedding when all the post wedding chaos are gone, listen to yer body. if yer body says shes ready for another try, start to review. remember that theres lots of things going on on woman's body especially when shes pregnant. start reviewing when u r ready. do not hurry things up. enjoy the pride of pregnancy as well. be healthy. I admire you for yer strenght and courage.
