Currently working as a school nurse and I would like to be a certified AHA instructor(so I can train teachers and give out certificates).
How can I be one? No AHA training centers that can train instructors around where I work. Can I do it only in the states? But I am not in the US and I am not American.
Im so lost. I need any inputs.

I am not sure about that -I got my AHA instructor training from a train the trainer type center here in the states that I continue to work with to process my classes through. As far as outside the US, you may do best by contacting AHA directly and seeing if they can direct you - there may even be a training facility in your area that they can recommend, or at least give you some idea of leads

What about RedCross? They also teach CPR/AED and might be more available where you live.

Yes you will probably need to contact them directly. Here is the link for their International Help page. Good luck!Territory Directors - ECC International
Thanks all for the answers. I will contact AHA directly to get more info about this. I currently work and live in china making it even harder to find training centers unlike at my home country where you can easily find AHA training centers. As far as Red Cross, I had my training with them few years back but AHA ACLS/BLS is the "big thing" now.
Anyway, hope I'll find a way to become an instructor.

What is the link for become an instructor? Is it on the Red cross website? Thanks
Becoming an Instructor for AHA (American Heart Association) and the Red Cross are different processes. Are you located in the US or International?
