Any WSU applicants for Spring 2014?

Published

I'm applying to WSU CON for Spring '14, and just took the TEAS over the weekend. Just wondering if I have any other company here? :)

It wasn't bad at all! There were three faculty interviewers. I chose an envelope and they picked which questions to ask me from it. They were incredibly nice and fun to talk to. I was only in there for 10 or so minutes.

Ok awesome! So they asked three questions? Which ones if its not a secret :)

It's not a secret! They actually asked me four or so questions. But there were about 10 for them to choose from. They asked me

What's a recent example of a situation in which you demonstrated compassion?

What is your approach to bringing people together in a group?

In either science or liberal arts, what was your favorite class and why?

What career do you see yourself in a year from now and five years from now?

I might be forgetting one!

Ok thank you so much!!!

Just remembered the one I forgot!

What would you do if your professor asked you a question that you did not know the answer to?

The interviewers were so awesome! I definitely enjoyed the experience. I got completely different questions though!

Cassiebella, I was driving last night and saw a honda civic with rodland toyota of Everett license plate covers and a seahawk sticker...was that you?! Haha it made me think so because your also from around there.

Thats is good to hear! Yea mine is in about 1.5 hours

Hey KKHappy what were your questions ?

Sorry girl! I was driving back home! Finally made it 4.5 hours later! I'm not sure if it'll help now but I got asked:

What made you want to be a nurse?

Tell about a time you felt compassion from someone.

What characteristics you like to see in a fellow nursing student

A difficult decision that I had to make

How I adapt to change

And what activities i take part in outside of school

KKHappy, haha I wish that was me! I actually got into Spokane early Friday afternoon. But I did wonder today if I saw you in the building without even realizing it since our interviews were so close together!

Did any of you guys go on a tour of the building? What did you think?
