Any WSU applicants for Spring 2014?

I'm applying to WSU CON for Spring '14, and just took the TEAS over the weekend. Just wondering if I have any other company here? :)

Hi there!

I am currently a J1 at the WSU CON-Yakima. I have actually put up posts about the process of getting accepted to the school and there are many posts from other people also, which really helped me. Please let me know if you have any questions! :)

I also applied for spring! How was your TEAS?

I applied for Spring '14 as well! I got 76% on the TEAS and have a 3.6 GPA.

Did you apply to WSU Spokane campus? I got 83.3% on TEAS, think we needed only 58??

I applied to the Yakima campus. I'm a little nervous about my score on the TEAS not being competitive enough but we'll see. Hoping for an interview at least!

Glad to hear from some other people applying! I also applied to the Spokane campus, and I got a 92% on my TEAS. Keeping my fingers crossed for an interview, wish it didn't take so long to find out!

Oh shoot that's an awesome score, good job! Wish I knew about this test earlier so I could have more time to study, I took it right on sept 10th which was the deadline. Yeah it takes forever to find out! But I'm not getting my hopes up too much, I am not feeling confident about my GPA especially my cumulative, but I also applied to Spokane Community College for spring 2014 RN program since they got accredited and now are also a competitive process. Hope one of these programs works!

Thank you! I'm not getting my hopes up too high either honestly! My TEAS went well, but my cumulative GPA is only a 3.5. My pre-req grades are good but I have some not-so-stellar grades sprinkled in there from other classes. The waiting sucks! I'm not local to Spokane so I'm going to have very little time to move if I actually get accepted to the program!

When I called their office they said that they take TEAS into consideration so you are good!! Cumulative GPA from all colleges is my problem too :(

My cumulative is 3.6 and prereq gpa is 3.8 :/ I got 4.0 for all my A&P classes, 3.8 & 4.0 for general and organic chem but 3.2 for biochem :/ and 3.4 and 3.5 for stats and microbiology, wish I tried harder for those classes but it is what it is, and retaking those 3 would SUCK!

I sure wouldn't want to retake biochem, stats, or micro! I think stats is my lowest pre-req grade if I remember right. So not a fan. Fingers crossed for both of us! It would be nice to "know" someone a little before the program starts!

Yea that would be interesting to find out! My friend is in the program right now and she said they only took like 10 people from EWU at the time :/
