I'm determined not to get those painful cracks this year!
Burt's Bees Hand SalveIngredients: Sweet almond oil, olive oil, beeswax, tocopheryl acetate & tocopherol (vitamin E), comfrey root extract, rosemary oil & leaf extract, lavandin oil & flower extract, eucalyptus oil
Be careful with products containing nut oils if your patient has a peanut allergy. A friend of my daughter's has a severe peanut allergy and suffered a reaction when bathing a child she was babysitting with a bath product containing almond oil. She is so sensitive that she might react to a touch from a nurse wearing such a product.
Yet another thing to worry about!
If you like smelly/perfumy things, TrueBlueSpa's Look Ma, New Hands! and Glove Me Tender handcreams are my favorite. Kind of expensive but I love it. It has an orangy-scent to it.
