Ive never had aid/loans and just paid with cash when i got a bachelors degree in business, but that was back in the day,,, now that I Know i need to get an adn-rn associates,, I can find anyone who will let me borrow the money or get aid because they say I have too many semesters under my belt.
Anyone found aid/loans for people in my situation? I thought about trying to apply for a home equity loan.

I'm in the same situation as u but I exhausted all my TAP AND PELL. I paid a good amount of my subsidized loans prior to graduating with my BA so I qualified for a small subsidized loan for my Associates. Have you filled out your FAFSA yet?

Federal grants and subsidized loans are intended for first degree students and students advancing (someone with an associates continuing on for a bachelors, bachelors on to masters, etc. )
You can look into private and possibly unsubsidized loans. A number of years ago financial aid rules were changed as a result of perpetual students as well as a reduction in available funds. One is ineligible to even appeal once earning/attempting 150% of required credits for graduation. An associates degree is 60-64 credits so someone who earned more than 90-91 credits would be ineligible. A bachelors is about. 120 credits so that is approximately 200% of credits.
You can check your financial aid office for potential scholarships also.

I had taken my gen ed requirements for my bachelor's at the community college where I ended up going for nursing after earning my bachelor's in sociology elsewhere. When I applied for aid, they told me I had too many credits from that school so I didn't qualify for anything. I ended up getting a private loan from my credit union, which has worked out very well for me.

I was working towards my bachelor's in psychology but changed majors. I have a ton of credits because I was 4 classes away from my BA, but was able to get FA by appealing. At my school we were allowed 2 appeals.

My school has a policy that you can get unsubsidized loans up to a certain amount for a second degree program. I had to take out a private loan to cover other expenses, but the federal loans I did qualify for covered most of my tuition.

Are you applying to your community college, and they say you have too many credits from that community college? If so, that was the situation I was in, and when I moved, I found out that at my new community college, since I had zero credits at that school, I was eligible for unsubsidized loans (I'm not near the federal loan limit). If you are not at your undergrad federal loan limit ($57,500), then if you apply to a different community college, even if you pay the out of district tuition, you might qualify if you have the same issue I did. Or, you can just work and apply for scholarships b/c community college tuition is usually pretty reasonable.

Not sure about your area but in FL I too had too many credits to get help from Pell or even loans but I found out that Workforce in my county (there is one in every county) will pay tuition and books for my RN program. It's such a blessing.
Call your county workforce ASAP and get signed up.

I qualified for unsubsidized loans but turned them down and paid cash. Why take out loans if you don't have to, especially when you have to start repaying them immediately. I think it's unfair that those of us who have bachelor's degrees are not able to get subsidized loans or grants. I didn't use subsidized loans or grants the first time around. Why can't I have them now?
