Any GCC Students?

Just found out Tuesday I am starting Nursing School in January at GCC. I have been going there for 3 years getting my pre req's out of the way and finally starting Nursing School. How do we find out our class schedule?

3225 Study Group ( its after the NursProc class and i dont have to come back on a wednesday)

Sounds good to me. Hopefully I'll be able to stay for a while. Dh is on-call and hopefully won't get called out. I plan on being there though and may bring a friend. A girl in my patho class got into GCC f/t program and hasn't received her package yet!! I told her that we might be meeting and I think she wants to go too, is that okay?

Keli~ Bring your friend that will be awesome she will probably be in our classes. What is her name? What does your DH do that makes him on call?!? Do you enjoy Patho? I took Micro and Patho at the same time during Summer I and thought i was going to have a meltdown LOL I ended up getting a C in Patho because i concentrated more on the Micro because it was harder. My Patho Teacher Dickenson was really nice she would drop questions if more than 50% of the class missed them.

Angie~ Yes the Plan is Applebees Saturday 530p at 59th and Peoria. I CANT WAIT!! Are you really going to change your study group class??!?!?!? THATS GREAT!!! I chose that class because that would give me Wednesdays off completely so i dont have to drive to the school and i can just stay home or go to the library to study.

GCC has the BEST Library for those of you that have not been in there. They just finished building it a few years ago and its all up to date. They have private study rooms a ton of them. Lots of computers and the staff so far has been really helpful and friendly.

Ok,so ita a plan,we will all meet on Staurday night at Applebee's on 59th and Peoria at 5:30pm. See you guys then!!!! Yha, I'll change my schedule to match yours so that way I will have a definite study partner plus my schedule is open anyways

Glad im not the only one suffering from this coughing cold/allergy stuff!

That will be cool if we have the same classes. THe people that your bringing with you are they nursing students too? Well have a good rest of your day at work!

How sweet. The people that might come with me go to gcc and are majoring in nursing too. One girl is applying at ASU and the other is applying at gcc this semester. I met them in summer school while taking BIO201 AND 202. They are some really cool girls.

Keli might be bringing someone in the GCC Full time program so there is 2 and then Janice, Angie and 2 friends and me and myself.... so i have a count of 7 so far?

Sorry, I was at the Eagles concert last night!! I'll be there. My dh works for Qwest, he's in Design Services which has to do with the large companies with the high speed T1 lines and stuff. If those go down it's always high level so he's on-call a lot, and works a TON of overtime, which makes it hard while I'm in school. Hopefully he won't get called out tonight and I can stay long. Can't wait to meet all of you, I haven't heard back from my friend, Kelly, but I'll call her today and see if she's coming for sure.
