Fear not. At some point they'll include them as vectors for COVID-19.
Actually, now that I think of it, isn't that a real possibility?

Or so you'd think! I had to address this topic with a parent at the end of the week during our Spring break because a parent was mad that I hadn't come and checked the whole class of one of her kids and now her younger kid had it. Mind you, the notification letter had been sent out 3 days before Spring break started and she was mad that I didn't check the class before we went on Spring break. I had to kindly apologize for the not checking the class but that unfortunately, I had to rearrange priority on some tasks as my administration was requesting up to date information regarding the deadly virus that was spreading globally. We went into "extended Spring break" the same day I communicated with her. Fortunately, we haven't heard anything else about this....

Haha! Yes!! ? I keep thinking about how this could really put a damper on the lice treatment and prevention industry! There is a real potential here to eradicate those little buggers! ☠️?

I just saw an article that says one of the anti-lice drugs had promise for covid treatment.
Oh please, oh please, let this work out as an effective treatment!! ?
