Ummm! Wow! :bowingpur with all the posts.
I don't know if I have any you haven't listed but I will check when I am off of work. I love the Cliff's site had no Idea it was free online.
Now you seem more advanced than me. I am still in the beginning stages of studying you know levels of organization, cells, tissues, body planes, ect.
Oh and side note, has anyone started studying chemistry?

just took this quiz got a 70% on the first quiz. I need to review negative feed back I just skimmed over it. Oh and if you go to the home page it will lead to cool links and lessons.
I'm glad to see so many join up...the more the merrier.
msdeannah, I am really not that far ahead of you....I have just been gathering information as I go along. I am still taking classes for the summer and studying for midterms right now....I just do a little A&P alog the way ......5-8 flashcards here and there, then I add 3-5 the next few days to them....moving the ones I only need to review into their own box.....it takes time to get set up but moves smoothly now that I have a system....glad I am doing it now v/s when the class starts.
I am thinking of a Chemistry thread as well....I know you & I will be taking that a long w/A&P1.....I also will have Chem Lab(Math Lab,according to the Prof)Ugh! This is how my schedule will look..
Mon night....Chem Lab 2hrs
Tues & Thurs...A&P til 11:30am....Chem 12:00-3pm.....break til 5:30pm,Beginner Spanish til 7:30.....so I will be at school ALL DAY on these days
Fri morn .....Intro to Respiratory Care 9am till 12:pm
Plus I work PT in a Barbershop....Wed, Fri afternoon and Sat morn....I am giving up my Thurs and Fri morn for school.
By the way, I got 70% on the test too,....LOL

Several had mentioned starting a study thread early so we could get prepared for our fall A&P class, so here goes. I have gathered several websites from both here and on my own, so wanted to post them early on so that we wouldn't have to search for them. Please feel free to add to them and also any advice or study tactics that seem to work for you.
Thankyou to Eveyone here at AllNurses who have provided so much information in one spot.

Ok, that's it for tonight....I have several others but hopefully this will keep everyone busy for a day or 2 :chuckle:yeah:I'm sure we all have diferent study habits and will need to find our own way there but I am hoping we can work together as a study team.
Maybe each day or two, someone could provide a study tip or an mneumonics for memorization for tissues or nerves, anything that is helping you learn. Or if you come accross somethin that you can't use, maybe someone else can.
