  1. I am sorry for your loss and I wanted to say thank you for your unselfish gift also.
  2. WoW, I now I wish I could be in her class... hee hee I go to NE campus, I am getting my pre req's from TCC then I am going to apply to the Northlake program.
  3. I am probably better going to class instead of taking it online so it probably worked out for the best for me. I have A&P 1 and 2, English math and Micro to go still. I will not be done till next Fall. How much do you have left? and congrats again on making it into the course. Sandy
  4. Congrats!! I tried for 20 mins and could never even get into the system. Good luck on the course Sandy
  5. For Fall 08 registration started at 12:01 but was shut down approx 1 hour later. It was opened up early by accident. I have aked at the school and recieved 2 differents answers, it is either 5AM or 6AM. Good luck on getting into the class you want. Sandy
  6. LOL.. unfortionately very true
  7. I agree with the previous poster. The VA can help a lot in situations like this. Good Luck, Sandy
  8. I would suggest as soon as you get your EMT's to keep going and get your paramedics. Good Luck Sandy
  9. 45 Here and I will be close to 50 at graduation Good luck Sandy
  10. Alot depends on where you are applying at. I planning on applying for TCC and DCCCD programs. The lowest GPA for DCCCD for the spring programs was around 3.6 I believe. It just depends on how competetive it is to get into the prgram you are trying for. Good Luck Sandy
  11. I think Nov 15th is a good deadline date. That gives people time to have their names added and people plenty of time to send out the cards. Sandy
  12. I do not believe the list has been sent out yet. Thanks again chris_at_lucas_RN and rn-jane for all the work. Sandy
  13. Hiya! I am currently a flight dispatcher for an airlines and also changing careers to nursing. With your back ground you should do good. Good luck in your career change. Sandy
  14. I would suggest contact the specific school you are interested in. Some schools only count the GPA for specific courses and some schools only count the GPA taken at that school. Every school has a different set of requirements. I general most require a 3.0 or higher in the science courses and passing grades on everything else as a min requirement. Most of the RN programs are pretty competative to get into. good luck Sandy
  15. In my A & P 1 class the instructor has to stop 2-3 times each class to tell people to stop texting. It is usually the same people each class. I just do not comprehend why people pay for a class then spend the time texting in class.
