Am I going into the right profession or should I just

I already am a multi millionaire from being lucky in the casino but i'm getting tired of gambling and don't want to lose my millions. I am looking into nursing...

I was already a space explorer, marine biologist and had a four-car garage full of that wine that comes in a box when I decided to go to nursing school. I have never regretted it, although I do miss communicating with whales in their own language.

If you are not "called" to nursing, you cannot go.

If you have money do not work as a nurse, the liability and public greed simply are not worth it IMHO. It's the reason I no longer work as a nurse. Even though I have I just cannot risk my substantial assets and children's inheritance to work as a nurse. I was working but once my mother passed and I inherited her estate I knew it was time to get out of healthcare permanently. Figure out your passion and work in that area, you probably won't make much but if you love it you should find it worthwhile.

I think it's safe to say that our legs are being pulled.

What do you mean? This is not at all funny. I started hearing voices when I was a little girl and I knew then I wanted to be a virgin, so I made up my mind right then and there I would dream about being a nurse.

If you say it's safe to have my legs pulled to be a nurse I will do it because you are on this board, you must be a compassionate nurse like I know I am meant to be.

If have to eat people in order to keep my job, I will be an old biter nurse like the other batty corn cobs and hope I never have to take care of people like me.

My advice to you is: go in to nursing. Get your MSN (because, really, you want maximum upward mobility), and then volunteer to work for me, but give me your paycheck, as well as a $3000 per-shift brokerage fee.

That's prolly the best advice that you're going to find on this subject.
