I decided to apply to Alvin after a friend told me about the program. It is a bit far from my home (about 40 min) but I rather start somewhere than keep waiting.
This go 'round, I am applied to TWU, Wharton Sugarland, and HCC.
So glad I found this! I also applied and can't even imagine how painfully slow these next 6 weeks or so will go by.
My stats:
AP1- A
AP2- A
General Psychology- A
English - C (15 years ago when I was young and dumb, this worries me)
Micro and lifespan are in progress.
HESI cumulative - 90; Reading - 96
I'm so anxious to find out but I'm trying not to get my hopes up bc others with similar stats to me weren't accepted previously. I realllllllly want this though! Praying SO hard.

Oh my gosh! That is torture. Wharton’s sugarland campus denied my acceptance, but COM accepted me!! So I’m just waiting for Alvin to make their decision as well!
Got the email today that they are expecting to notify us by Nov. 27th. The wait is torture! ?
I did not get an email but I did get accepted into Wharton in Sugarland. I may just stay there so if I get accepted then I will decline and open up a spot. I loved Alvin and the staff but it is 45 min away from home and Wharton is 10-15 min.

Congratulations girl! That is outstanding and I've heard great things about Wharton. Good luck in any endeavor you choose.
